One technician on September 28 was amazing. His assistant was not available that day so single-handedly he steamed our carpets and cleaned and sealed our tile floor grout. He did an amazing job! I can’t say enough good! After completing our jobs, he was even scheduled to do work at our neighbors’ house. – Julie
